I love that Kittie uses her unique talents (including her plaiting skills), to help her new friends; Aladdin, the empowered Jamelia and the genie. And, amongst all the excitement and adventure, Kittie Lacey finds her all important inspiration for imaginative new hair styles.
Abie Longstaff’s writing is fun, well plotted and challenges stereotypes. Accompanied beautifully by Lauren Beard’s appealing and uplifting art work, this book is a definite hit and a pleasure to read.
