Author / Illustrator; mum of three, wife of one; love fishing, cooking, sleeping, praying, painting, gardening, chooks, reading & watching wallabies and birds in my garden.
What makes you happy?
When my kids smile & laugh (& no, they are not little any more)
Where is your favourite place to write?
In my hammock (summer!) or in bed, because the most important part of writing is thinking about it.
If you could change one thing in the world, what would it be?
Replace human selfishness with pure compassion.
What’s the best thing about being a published author?
Knowing that the words inside my head (that never hit the paper making anywhere near as much sense as they did in brain space) make sense after lots of hard work that other people can actually connect to and enjoy. (Especially kids.)

Faith: because it fills in the missing bits.
Tell us about your next project in 25 words or less.
Dinosaur illustrations, writing about kookaburras, conductors, tigers. Loving drawing dinosaurs, thinking I’ll need to write my own book about them so I can illustrate more!

Paper books or e-books? Paper, love the smell and feel (though e-books make for lighter travel)
Vegemite or Marmite? Vegemite on hot buttered toast, yum!

Beach or bush? I grew up on the edge of both, spoilt huh?
Hot or cold? Warm but with the occasional chill to rug up with a good book.
