Clap, Clap!Madalena Matoso’s Clap, Clap! is a stand out counting picture book due to its wonderful interactive element.

Each double page invites the reader to not only count out loud, but interact with the book itself. Bash the symbols together by opening and closing the pagClap, Clap!e, help the 2 faces kiss twice by moving the faces together, help the butterfly flap its wings 9 times. The numbers increase to 15, where readers are invited to clap, clap, clap.

Matoso’s fabulously stylish images are vibrant and clear. Perfect for little readers.

Wonderfully imaginative, this interactive counting book a great one to share. Opening and closing a book has never been so much fun!
