Maisie Chan’s fantastic novel ‘Keep Dancing, Lizzie Chu‘, with superb cover by Kimberlie Clinthorne-Wong, is full of love and friendship but also includes the pressures that being a young carer can bring. Working through grief and the responsibility of looking after an ailing relative takes courage and commitment. Maisie’s respect and acknowledgement of this threads through the book ensuring the reader is right beside Lizzie through the good days and the bad.
A fantastic book for every school and library!
