The Biggest Christmas Secret Ever by L.D. Lapinski, illustrations by Rachel Dean

It’s clear that magic runs in the family when baby Yula starts to make some surprising things happen. Taking after her dad, Nick (known around the world as Santa), Yula is too young to understand what is happening and unknowingly puts her family at risk of separation. Harper and his family try to hide her powers from others before she gets taken away to the North Pole HQ for ruining Christmas.
With Sergeant Mistle watching their every move, it’s a race against time as Christmas Eve arrives, reindeers start a stampede and gingerbread biscuits have come to life and are running wild.

This wasn’t how Nick wanted his busiest night of the year to go!

Harper doesn’t know how to feel about Nick and his mum being together, but with all the magical events turning their world upside down, Harper’s mind is soon changed as family, mayhem and a very big secret show him that it takes lots of different people to create a loving home.
LD Lapinski’s follow up to ‘Stepfather Christmas’ is another fantastic adventure with Nick, Harper, Will, Mum and Baby Yula creating chaos at Christmas time.
A fabulous story told in 25 chapters, with colourful illustrations by Rachel Dean, this is a wonderful book to countdown to Christmas. But like all great things, it’s worth a read in the other eleven months of the year too!
