Tired of hiding away when it’s daylight, Star, the night pixie, decides to step out into the brightness of the world where humans go about their day and thankfully don’t smell like her Granny’s dandelion farts!
Her garden can be quite boring at night, she would do anything for a friend to play with or something exciting to happen but not much goes on under the dark sky. Star ignores her Mum’s warnings and meets a human who invites her into her world.
Introduced to so many wonderful inventions and life in the day time, Star soon discovers the joy of eating chocolate cake, the amazing whirlpools that appear in toilets and so much more. It’s not long before she begins to forget the warnings and soon realises that day time is not as wonderful as she thought it would be. With danger lurking around every corner, can Star make it home? Will she get in trouble from her mum for going on an adventure into the unknown?
