The Queen’s Present

The Queen's PresentSteve Antony is back with his third Queen themed picture book, the follow-up to The Queen’s Handbag and The Queen’s Hat – it’s The Queen’s Present.

With a quirky Christmas themed instalment, the Queen’s latest dilemma is a troubling one for late on Christmas Eve… she still hasn’t found the perfect present for the little prince and princess! Oh no!

Luckily a certain jolly man in a sleigh just happens to be swooping past, phew! So off goes the Queen and Santa on a search for the best present.  As the duo whizz across the world they pass some beautiful countries – each of which gets the Steve Antony treatment… festive style.

With elves running across the Great Wall of China and festive lights adorning the Eiffel Tower in Paris, you can’t fail to feel that delightful Christmas tingle.

Despite searching far and wide the Queen can’t find the right present… luckily she has something special up her sleeve.

The Queen’s Present is a delightful addition to The Queen Collection, and a suitably warm and fun Christmas read.
