Young giant Corman is on a life saving mission!
Giant hunter Jacq can’t shake the feeling something is wrong with the city of Fathach – apart that is from the fact it is built entirely from the bones of giants!
All set to join the ranks of the giant hunters with best friend Joe, Jacq is shocked when she makes a horrifying discovery at the very heart of the giant factory.
Their two worlds collide when Jacq is thrown from a giant hunters’ helicopter and Corman is lost after a particularly nasty attack on him and his father.
If they are to survive could it be that for the first time giants and humans can live and work together?
Meet the simply wonderful forest giant Foill, the Resistance fighters and the clever groundling, Misneach.
If only Corman can find the courage to confess what he has done.
This story is a non-stop adventure!
Both Corman and Jacq are great heroes who we instantly want to support. The author, Christopher Galvin, handles the subject of grief sensitively. The resolution of a conflict between the humans and the giants makes for a heart-warming and memorable story.
I loved the fabulous cover art and illustrations by Brie Schmida.
