The Tiger Who Came to Tea from the talented Judith Kerr, is a endearing picture book that continues to delight.
I love the perfect illustrations which portray this handsome tiger devouring everything in the house as Sophie and her mum continue to be the perfect hosts to their rather odd visitor.
“But the tiger didn’t just take one sandwich.
He took all the sandwiches on the plate”
Follow Sophie’s excitement as this now means she gets to go out after dark for a special tea with mum and dad. This is a classic which never fails to disappoint in our house, I can remember this book being read to us at kinder. What are your memories?
