Sareen McLay

Sareen McLay is the director of the My Book Corner website.

She is a member of the SCBWI and is the volunteer co-ordinator for the Aberdeen and NE Hub Critique Group.

Sareen writes the blog www.switchthekettleonlove.com, has had stories published in The People’s Friend magazine and was Highly Commended for her MG book in the Kelpies Prize 2024 competition.

A former primary teacher and volunteer school librarian, she is passionate about sharing the joy of both reading and writing books with others.
